How are Rubisnacks sports bras different from Nike, adidas, and Lululemon sports bras?

Intentionally designed not to look like a sports bra, but function like one, we are as serious about fitness and sport as we are about style and design. 

Expect bold prints, unique silhouettes, and thoughtful details like cut-outs and open-back designs that allow you to stand out while staying cool and comfortable.

Our prints are designed by our founder in limited collections, which means you won’t show up to class wearing the same thing as someone else.

What does it mean that the prints are designed in-house?

For those who like their wardrobe unique, Rubisnacks' prints are exclusive and released in limited collections, designed in-house by the founder herself. She finds inspiration in the streets of Barcelona to ideas that come while in savasana.

Each print is unique and only available at Rubisnacks Barcelona, ensuring you'll be the only one with your look.

What styles do you offer in your activewear collection?

We design and create a variety of styles, from low-medium and high-impact sports bras, crop tops, leggings, and biker shorts.

Our goal is to create active fashion that not only performs but inspires.

What sports bras do you offer?

Currently, we have three silhouettes, Mercury, Artemis, and Minerva, available in a variety of colors and prints.

Minerva is our reversible, two-in-one fitness crop top, suitable for a variety of activities and impact levels.

How do I pick the right sports bra?

Let’s be honest: finding a sports bra that feels good, flatters, and moves with you is no easy feat. Often they come in one of three different categories, based on impact level:

  • High-Impact Bras: Ideal for running, HIIT workouts, or intense sports, these bras provide maximum support with strong, flexible materials that minimize bounce. Look for features like adjustable straps and extra padding for enhanced comfort and stability.

  • Medium-Impact Bras: Perfect for spin, dancing, and strength training, these bras offer balanced support with slightly lighter construction. They’re versatile and comfortable for most moderate-intensity activities while still delivering style.

Whether you’re at a reformer pilates session, heading to a fit boxing class, doing CrossFit or martial arts, or just out for a casual day of errands, our sports bras and activewear collection are best for those who want something a little different than the typical look. 

  • Mercury Bra: Low to medium-impact, with a relaxed fit that’s perfect for yoga, strength training, or water sports. Think of it as your go-to for ease and versatility.

  • Artemis Bra: A medium to high-impact bra with extra coverage, pockets for insertable cups, and adjustable straps for those heavier workouts. It’s built for both support and style, ready for high-energy activities or even as an off-duty statement piece.

  • Minerva Crop Top: The ultimate hybrid, Minerva is a reversible top-bra that offers two distinct necklines: one deep v-neck, one high. It’s perfect solo or layered for yoga, hiking, or a casual night out.

Both Mercury and Artemis have thicker bands and straps in sizes L and XL for added comfort and support. If you are a c-cup or more, the Mercury style may be more suitable as a low impact bra since this is not a compression style.

What is the sizing like?

We know that finding the right fit is crucial, which is why we focus on designs that offer both snug support and flexibility.

Each piece is true to size, but if you’re between sizes, we suggest going up for extra ease.

How do I know my size?

How to figure out your Rubisnacks Sports Bra Size
Generally, these are true to size for a typical sports bra.

For example - Both Size M in Mercury and Artemis fit a 34-36in band, while the cup size for Mercury is slightly smaller.

 

Alpha Numeric/Cup Size Chart

Our sizing is pretty fluid, meaning that there is a high level of elastine to accommodate different body shapes and sizes. Therefore, you may fit into two sizes, for example both an M and an L could fit you.

Select your size based on the type of fit and function you want. 

Check the chart to see which sizes correspond to you. Then decide how you want it to fit and what activities you will use it for. For a looser fit, consider sizing up. If you want a tighter fit, then stay true to size or size down.

Suggestions:

1. If you are a C cup or higher, consider the type of coverage you want at the bust and the style of bra you are ordering -- Mercury has lesser coverage at the bust and a lower neckline, while Artemis has more coverage and a higher neckline.

If you are a 36C, you may select an L in Mercury and an M in Artemis, for example.

Don’t fret too much though! 

Bra sizing can be super complicated and annoying. However, our bras are very flattering and will fit you well. Our bras are comfortable and very flexible to accommodate many body shapes and sizes -- it molds to your shape and, since the difference between the sizes is not that great, if you order the wrong size, you will not see a marked difference.

What is a pre-order model?

At times, we do a special Pre Order Collection - what does that mean?

As part of our Sustainability Principles, we look to create a positive impact along our entire supply change. That includes pre-order collections, which helps us to not over-order and thereby, reduce waste of potential excess inventory.

New Pre Order Early Access for Insiders: New style releases for Insiders

  • If you've signed up for our emails, you'll receive a private link to shop our pre-order collection roughly 4 weeks before our collection is in the shop.
  • Early Access lasts roughly one week and then pre-order opens for the general public.
  • Orders are expected to start shipping roughly 4-6 weeks after.  If there is a delay, we will alert you via email. 

    New Pre-Order: New style releases

    • We open up our limited pre-order collection for pre-order roughly 2 weeks before it's live in our shop.
    • Pre-order closes after 1 week, when the collection is available in shop.
    • Orders are expected to start shipping roughly 3-5 weeks after.  If there is a delay, we will alert you via email. 

     

    Re-stock Pre-Order: We bring back select styles by popular demand. If we have sold out of a style and we know it is popular, we may restock it. You will see a pre-order button on the product page. We will typically take 8 weeks to restock and will notify you along the way.

     

    Change your mind? Pre-orders can be canceled up to one week before expected delivery for full refund. Please contact us to ensure your request can be accommodated.

      Where does Rubisnacks Barcelona ship?

      We offer worldwide shipping. Our activewear is loved globally, and we’re thrilled to bring premium, Barcelona-inspired style to women everywhere.

      What is your return policy?

      If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unworn items within 14 days. Simply contact us to start your return process. Please note the shipping cost back to our office will be deducted from the refund total.

      Do you offer any warranty on your products?

      Yes, we stand by the quality of our products. If you experience any manufacturing issues within the first six months, we’ll gladly provide a replacement or refund. Please contact us.
