About our Pre Order Model

At times, we do a special Pre Order Collection - what does that mean?

As part of our Sustainability Principles, we look to create a positive impact along our entire supply change. That includes pre-order collections, which helps us to not over-order and thereby, reduce waste of potential excess inventory.

New Pre Order Early Access for Insiders: New style releases for Insiders

  • If you've signed up for our emails, you'll receive a private link to shop our pre-order collection roughly 4 weeks before our collection is in the shop.
  • Early Access lasts roughly one week and then pre-order opens for the general public.
  • Orders are expected to start shipping roughly 4-6 weeks after.  If there is a delay, we will alert you via email. 

    New Pre-Order: New style releases

    • We open up our limited pre-order collection for pre-order roughly 2 weeks before it's live in our shop.
    • Pre-order closes after 1 week, when the collection is available in shop.
    • Orders are expected to start shipping roughly 3-5 weeks after.  If there is a delay, we will alert you via email. 

     

    Re-stock Pre-Order: We bring back select styles by popular demand. If we have sold out of a style and we know it is popular, we may restock it. You will see a pre-order button on the product page. We will typically take 8 weeks to restock and will notify you along the way.

     

    Change your mind? Pre-orders can be canceled up to one week before expected delivery for full refund. Please contact us to ensure your request can be accommodated.
